Glossary
The terms used in the Regulations mean:
1. Customer – a natural person, legal person or an organizational unit which is not a legal person, the special provisions of which grant legal capacity, which places Orders within the Store;

Ptasia 35b, 62-090 Kiekrz, Poland and using the Regon number: 301880590 and NIP number: 7871859545, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland kept by the Minister of Economy
3. Civil Code – the Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended);
4. Regulations – these Regulations for the provision of electronic services as part of the online store www.houseofcats.pl;
5. Online store – an online store available at www.houseofcats.pl, through which the Customer can place Orders.
6. Goods – products presented in the Online Store www.houseofcats.pl;
7. Sale contract – a contract for the sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between the company Cardboard Design Patryk Pajkert, ul.Ptasia 35b, 62-090 Kiekrz, Poland entered in the Central, Registration and Information on Economic Activity, NIP: 7871859545, Regon: 301880590 , tel .: + 48-505-196-196 www.houseofcats.pl, biuro@houseofcats.pl
concluded using the website or at the company’s headquarters.
8. Act on specific conditions of consumer sales – Act of 27 July 2002 on specific conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176 as amended) of Polish law
9. Act on the provision of electronic services – the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended) of Polish law
10. Order – an order the subject of which is Goods which are in the offer of Cardboard Design at www.houseofcats.pl
11. Regulations – These Regulations are the regulations referred to in art. 8 of the Act on the provision of electronic services.
Rules for using the Online Store
1. The condition for the conclusion of the sales contract is to agree to the content of the Regulations and provide personal data marked as mandatory.
2. Information presented in the Store, including in particular prices, constitute an offer to sell.
3. In order to purchase items presented in the Store, an Order must be placed and, in addition to indicating the type and number of items, and selecting the payment and delivery method, the Order must contain the following data:
a) surnames and given names
b) telephone number
c) e-mail address
d) shipping address
4. The data entered into the Order by the Employer must be current and truthful. The rules for the protection of personal data provided by the Employer are set out below.
5. The Seller does not provide mechanisms for verifying the correctness of data entered by the Employer, except mechanisms for checking their completeness. The Purchaser may at any time correct its errors when entering data into the Order.
6. The conclusion of the Sales Agreement takes place upon submission of the Order by the Ordering Party. Confirmation of acceptance of the Order for execution is sent by the Seller via e-mail to the address of the Ordering Party provided by him in the Order.
8. At the time of conclusion of the Sales Agreement, the Seller undertakes to transfer the ownership of the items to the Purchaser and give them them, while the Purchaser undertakes to collect these items and pay the Seller the price of the Order.
9. The total price of the Order presented to the Ordering Party after choosing the method of payment and delivery before placing the Order is binding for the parties to the Contract of Sale.
10. The Seller carries out Orders in Poland. Information on the available delivery methods and dates and their costs are presented before placing the Order as specified in the chapter – Supplies.
11. Technical requirements for using the website:
a) connection to the Internet,
b) having electronic means of communication enabling the display of hypertext documents in HTML 5 and CSS 3 standards, connected on the Internet via the HTTP network service with Java Script and Cookies enabled and a monitor with a resolution of at least 1024×768.
12. It is forbidden for the Customer to provide illegal content, as well as to take actions that may cause disruptions or damage to the website.
