According to art. 13 section 1 and item 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws EU.L.2016.119.1) (hereinafter the “GDPR”) inform that:

Your personal data will be processed in order to:
the implementation of services provided by the Administrator pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 point b) GDPR (in order to perform the contract),
sending marketing messages of own products and services by the Administrator pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 point f) GDPR (Administrator’s legal interest),
sending commercial information by the Administrator pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 point a) GDPR (consent granted to the Administrator by the data subject) (if the consent has been expressed by you).
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization;
Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the services provided by the Administrator and for the period resulting from the limitation period for claims, consumer rights, bookkeeping or other rights in this regard;
In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you have the following specific rights:
you have the right to information which personal data concerning you are processed by the Administrator and to receive a copy of this data (the so-called right of access). The first copy of the data is free, the next Administrator may charge a fee;
if the processed data become obsolete or incomplete (or otherwise incorrect) you have the right to request their rectification;
in some situations, you may ask the Administrator to delete your personal data, i.e. when the data cease to be needed by the Administrator for the purposes of which you have been informed; when you withdraw your consent to data processing (unless the Administrator has the right to process data on another legal basis); if processing would be unlawful; or if the need to delete data results from the Administrator’s legal obligation;
if your personal data is processed by the Administrator on the basis of consent to processing or to perform the contract concluded with the Administrator, you have the right to transfer your data to another administrator;
The administrator processes your personal data, including to carry out marketing activities regarding its products and services. The basis for such processing is the so-called “Legitimate interest of the administrator”. In the event of such processing, you have the opportunity to object. As a consequence, the Administrator will stop processing your personal data for the purpose described above;
to process data for some purposes related to its activities, the Administrator has asked your consent. This consent may be withdrawn at any time in an email sent to the Administrator. This will have the effect that the processing that was carried out before the withdrawal of consent will not cease to be lawful, whereas after the withdrawal of consent the Administrator will not process data for the purposes for which the consent was expressed;
if you feel that the personal data being processed is incorrect, the processing is unlawful or the Administrator no longer needs specific data or when you object to the processing, you may also request that for a specific, required time (e.g. checking data correctness or pursuing claims) The Administrator did not perform any operations on the data, only stored them;
We do not collect personal data or measure the behavior of our users to send personalized offers. We collect, among others information on the date of account creation and the date of the last login, as well as the procedure of abandoned baskets in order to provide the best services.
Providing your personal data is a condition for concluding a contract with the Administrator. You are obliged to provide them and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the Administrator’s inability to provide services.
